Lifting Log
I've got 27 lb loaded onto the home gym, and am doing my work in
3 sets of 12/12/15 repetitions with the same number of bridges
and 25/25/30 crunches. Since my bent-over and standing lateral
raises are weak, I'm using 10 lb dumbbells for them.
I hit my first slump last week. I COULD NOT motivate myself to
get in there and work out. I just got finished with me routine
tonight and I certainly feel better.
